After a long time, we have now implemented the “home cinema” project. For this purpose, various service providers were called in to obtain offers and information. Unfortunately, even established companies have not been satisfactory so far. The result was a lack of interest, a lack of response to customer requests, hardly any flexibility and utopian price expectations. Through intensive research we found Sean and his team. The homepage is professional and high quality. You get a first impression that is far exceeded by the personal encounter. Technical and interpersonal skills are the relevant factors for making a company successful in the long term and sustainably. Another special property is the holistic and/or. individual approach to get the maximum potential out of the circumstances. And the Kiwi Smart Haus team has exactly these strengths.
From the time the order is placed to the end result, work is carried out in a very timely and extremely precise manner.
You can see the perfectionism that is reflected in the completion of the project.

I can only report positive comments, both from a human and professional perspective. I previously went to another provider in the 23rd district of Vienna for information and a quote, and I was disappointed with them. Then I came across Kiwi Smarthaus after a Google search and only read good reviews. I quickly wrote to her. After a phone call with Sean Hardiman and a few chats, he was able to provide me with an offer, which I was thrilled with. Sean was quickly able to grasp my idea of projector and screen placement. He also came to our house personally to take measurements. The ordered devices, including the screen, were promptly available. The canvas would not have arrived until after Christmas. However, Sean quickly found a better alternative and we arranged an installation date. Sean carried out the installation together with his freelancer Tracey. They mastered everything competently, which I have never experienced before with previous skilled workers who have worked on and in our house. They were always on task and I could still talk to them. I especially enjoyed speaking English. A total of 2 installation appointments were necessary because the screen arrived a little later. Nevertheless, everything was done within about 4 weeks. When you consider how long it takes to get a sofa from the Lutz furniture store delivered, it's a wink.

After assembly, Sean set up the projector and sound system. He also did a demonstration and schooling. I was overwhelmed by the sound and image. The room is a real challenge for a home cinema and yet Sean and Tracey managed to make my dream of a home cinema come true.
I can 100% recommend Kiwi Smart Haus. They are ready to take on challenges and Sean is a consummate professional. He goes into every detail with the placement of the speakers and projectors and sets everything up until it fits according to his calculations and requirements. Hats off.
Tracey is a specialist in assembly, no matter the height. He places dowels without any problems, even though he only stands on a few square centimeters of ladder rungs.
KIWI Smart Haus deserves more positive reviews.
I recommend KIWI Smarthaus 100%. They did everything tip top.

Extrem kompetente Leute, die bei mir ein Heimkino realisiert haben. Laser Beamer, 8k AV Receiver, Atmos Speaker. Und das Beste ist die All-in-one Fernsteuerung, mit der ich die gesamte Anlage problemlos steuern kann. Einfach Streaming Quelle auswählen und alles geht automatisch, sogar das richtige Bildformat wird eingestellt - genial! Top Einschulung und Doku der Anlage. Wahnsinns Sound und Bildqualität!
Rasche, saubere Arbeit, und auch der Angebotspreis wurde ohne weitere Überraschungen eingehalten.
Kann ich ganz klar weiterempfehlen!
